huggingtweetsIntroduction
The HuggingTweets model is a text generation model fine-tuned on specific Twitter data. It utilizes Hugging Face's Transformers library, focusing on generating text based on any given prompts. This model is based on the GPT-2 architecture, providing high-quality text generation capabilities.
Architecture
The model is built on the GPT-2 architecture, a transformer-based model known for its ability to generate coherent and contextually relevant text. The GPT-2 model has been fine-tuned using the HuggingTweets framework to align with the specific linguistic style and content of the Twitter data it was trained on.
Training
The training data for the HuggingTweets model consists of tweets from specific users, including "♠️✨BNWO IS TODAY✨♠️," "hotwifekatrina," and "BettyBoopQoS." A total of 1004, 183, and 117 tweets were respectively used from these users after filtering. The model was initially pre-trained on GPT-2 and subsequently fine-tuned on this collected Twitter data. Training hyperparameters and metrics were logged using Weights & Biases (W&B) to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Guide: Running Locally
To run the HuggingTweets model locally, follow these steps:
-
Install the Transformers library:
pip install transformers
-
Use the following Python code to generate text:
from transformers import pipeline generator = pipeline('text-generation', model='huggingtweets/6bnwo-hotwifekatrina-qobetty') generator("My dream is", num_return_sequences=5)
-
For optimal performance, especially for extensive text generation tasks, consider using cloud GPUs such as those available on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
