SillyTavern Settings

Introduction

SillyTavern-Settings is a collection of custom and basic templates for Story Strings, Instructs, and Parameters intended for use with SillyTavern. These templates are designed for group chat support and offer different formats, including General Chat Completion, Gemini, ChatML, and others.

Architecture

The templates are categorized into three folders:

• Basic: Contains foundational templates without customized prompts, suitable for users who want to develop their own configurations.
• Customized: Offers pre-configured templates with prompts tailored for specific use cases, ideal for users seeking a quick setup.
• Parameters: Includes various samplers to experiment with, allowing users to choose based on their creativity needs.

Training

SillyTavern-Settings does not involve training a model but provides templates that can be used with pre-existing models within the SillyTavern environment.

Guide: Running Locally

To utilize these templates in SillyTavern version 1.12.6 or above, follow these steps:

1. Open SillyTavern: Launch the application.
2. Navigate to the "A" Tab: Access the configuration options.
3. Import Templates: Follow the specific instructions for importing Master, Chat Completion, Story String & Instruct, or Parameters templates as needed.

Cloud GPUs

For enhanced performance, consider using cloud GPU services such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure to run SillyTavern with these templates.
